Yes, StreamX X1 Pro is a legal Android TV box that lets you stream movies, TV shows, and sports events without breaking U.S. copyright law. You can enjoy unlimited content without worrying about legal issues, unless you upload, download, or broadcast it to others.
The playback application facilitates the viewing of archived news, events, or games broadcast within the preceding seven days, incorporating timestamps. Our engineering team oversees the management of these recordings. Users are required only to peruse the dates associated with the listed channels upon accessing the application.
At present, DVR or any recording feature is unavailable. However, our developers are diligently working to secure a suitable partner for this feature in collaboration with our brand.
In the meantime, we offer a playback app that allows you to watch recorded news, events, or games from the past 7 days (including time and dates). Our engineers handle the recordings, so you only need to select the desired dates from the channel listings when you open the app.
It is recommended that you are welcome to download apps through Aptoide TV/AppLinked. However, it is important to note that there is no guarantee of proper functionality, as these are third-party applications not managed by our organization.
Currently, each StreamX IPTV box can only be used on one device at a time. However, you can still plug it in and out for different TVs
Having a StreamX device gives you interactivity with your favorite programs and movies. It helps you find programs you never knew existed. It makes sure you don't miss the latest talk show, drama, or baseball game while you're at work, on vacation, or spending time with your family.
However, if there comes a time when you have to part with your StreamX box, you may have the option of transferring ownership of your device to a new owner - a very simple process.
Do not ship or give your StreamX device away until you have unlinked all your accounts, such as Netflix. Once you have completed this step, you will want to Clear & Delete everything on your box to clear any other remaining personal information by Setting -> About -> Factory reset
You can make a purchase via PayPal and Airwallex (wire transfer). Please take careful consideration of choosing the payment method that is most convenient for you.

Technical Issues and Troubleshooting

Conduct a speed test and troubleshoot common Internet performance issues. Restart your device by going to Settings >Device Preference>Restart. It may take a few minutes to restart.
Determine if anything goes wrong with the HDMI cable. Check both ends of your HDMI cable to ensure proper connection and confirm your StreamX is connected to and receiving power. If the issue remains, the box needs repairing, please contact the dealer to get the problem solved
It's probably a network problem, you can try to restart the network device. If the situation doesn't get any better, try again later or alter the network supply device
Please provide a photo of the bottom of the fuselage and the contact information of the dealer from whom you made the purchase.

A: After selecting a movie or TV series, the "favourite" option will appear in the description section. Click on this option to add the content to your favourites list, which will be displayed on the homepage of echoVOD.

Q: How do I remove a movie or TV series from my favourites list on echoVOD?
A: To remove a movie or TV series from your favourites list, simply click the "favourite" option again on the description page of the selected content.

Q: How do I find and add my favourite TV channels on echoTV?
A: On echoTV, to add a TV channel to your favourites list, press and hold the "OK" button on your remote control while viewing the channel. The channel will be added to your favourites list.

Q: Where can I find my list of favourite movies, TV series, and channels?
A: Your favourites list for movies and TV series is displayed on the homepage of echoVOD. For TV channels on echoTV, your favourites list can be accessed from the main menu under the "Favourites" section.
Q: How can I request a movie/TV show/channel to be added?
A: To order a movie/TV show/channel, you need to contact our customer service team with the details of the program you wish to watch. Our customer service team will then raise a request to our development team to make the PPV event available for you.
